All exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. The returned item must be packed with its original packing for safe return. We are not responsible for broken wares, so please package carefully. If you have any questions or doubts on packing for safe return, please call to be advised.

- Item name and color choice for exchange
- Credit card information (charges will only be made if returned item arrives broken or damaged)
Returns for store credit and full refunds:
All returns must be made within 15 days of purchase.
Store credit is given for returned products. Full refunds available for qualified purchases only. To request a full refund, please contact Paloma Pottery Custom Made with your inquiry. Please NOTE: Return shipping fees will apply for full refund returns. We are not responsible for broken wares, so please package carefully. Product must be packaged in its original packing material.
